Our Crew

Our crew have sailed around the Mediterranean, discovered picturesque places, delicious restaurants and made new friends along the way. We love to share our decade of adventure and create unique skippered sailing experiences onboard our luxury Jeanneau 57. Join us for an unforgettable sailing holiday, as we island hop around the most dazzling coastlines of Croatia and Greece. You don’t need to be an experienced sailor to climb aboard with us, all you need is a desire to explore, and we will take care of the rest!


Olliver Plunkett Oliver Plunkett Co-founder




Olly is an experienced sailor, having grown up on the water back home in Australia. He first learnt to sail off the East Coast of Australia and has since skippered yachts in the Mediterranean, New Zealand, Australia and the Caribbean. Olly is a qualified RYA yachtmaster and a certified engineer. He will likely be your skipper if you choose to sail Croatia, so you can be sure you’re in safe hands. Over the years he has discovered some of the best island spots, restaurants, routes and views Croatia has to offer.

Tunya Scott Tunya Scott Operations Manager




Tunya comes from the corporate world with qualifications in Travel and Tourism. She now manages the Eclipse Yachting head offices in London. She is sister to Oliver and like him grew up on the water in Australia and has sailed both Greece and Croatia. Tunya is fully equipped to create an incredible sailing holiday tailored to you.
